2010 Fall Fashion: Tin Foil Hats Are Back!
August 25th, 2010 | 1 Comment
As we Americans have been embracing our “retro” fashion trends for years now, its only appropriate for the tin foil hat to reappear. A very smart man, who pens under the name Cognitive Dissonance, has been kind enough to recommend the sturdier construction, as we may be wearing them for a long while.
There are many perks that come with adopting such thinking caps. 1.) It is easy to pull off tin foil with, say Smith & Wesson accessories. 2.)You can get away with stating random truths that nobody will utter aloud. “The markets are rigged.” “They’re going to collapse our currency soon.” “Our government and banks now own more homes than people do.” ”Yes, treasuries CAN form bubbles.” And that party favorite, “Why don’t you try smaller paper plates.” When you don the fall foil hat, its perfectly acceptable behavior to blurt out important matters that everyone should be talking about, but no one does. 3.)In several years, when the tin foil hats are no longer “in”, you can keep yours on display to point at when you say, “I told them…”
So, be a good American consumer, stock up on tin foil and measure your heads… Trust me, its time to think out-of-the-box.
